Procedure for uploading a log:
- choose the log type. Available are either Cabrillo or CSV format.
- choose the category, you have these options available
- Cabrillo (from the log) - it will be decided according to the CATEGORY-POWER field in the Cabrillo log. If QRP is specified, the station will be placed in the QRP category regardless of the callsign (/Q). Everything else goes into the Low power category, however the rule for /Q in the callsign is also applied. If the callsign ends with /Q, it will be placed in the QRP category regardless of the contents of the CATEGORY-POWER field in the log. This option is not available when uploading a CSV log.
- Low power - regardless of the callsign, it will be placed in the Low power category
- QRP - regardless of the callsign, it will be placed in the QRP category
- Note: for a station that was pile-up, the selected category here is ignored; it will be automatically placed in the pile-up category based on its callsign and the settings of the given round
- enter your email address (required field)
- if you participated under a special callsign and want the results list to show who operated under this special callsign, enter your regular callsign in the Operator callsign field. Otherwise leave this field blank.
- use the Choose file button to select the file with the log you want to upload
- if you want, enter a comment about your participation in that round. If you also enter something in the SOAPBOX field in the Cabrillo log, this part will also be loaded into the comment automatically (at the time of saving). Enter your comment in the language you have switched the application to (CZ or EN). The translation into the second language will be done automatically when you upload the log. You also add up to 3 images with button Add image.
- if you are interested in operating the next or some other round as a pile-up, check the I want to be a pile-up station next time field. In that case you can enter the callsign under which you will operate - it only makes sense to fill this in if it will be different from your usual callsign.
- use the Upload log button to insert the log into the database. The result will be displayed in the page header. Before saving, you must solve a Captcha - a simple arithmetic task.
If you are unable to upload the log, send it by email to lubos.ok1fgd@seznam.cz - we will try to solve the problem.
In the case of uploading a log in CSV format, the procedure is similar, except that you must specify the row format and your own callsign.
No round is currently open for log submission.
